Ever since I can remember I have enjoyed baking and decorating
cakes for my family and friends on every occasion. In 2009, I
attended Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas the Baking and Patisserie
program and I loved every minute of it! One of my favorite sections
was the cakes. So, now here I am the owner of Beyond Cake! With
the support of my family and friends, I can keep doing what I love to
do. Let's not forget my great team in the bakery helping me get all the
delicious cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and cake drops out the door every
day.
I love receiving unique custom cake orders! Having a challenge
always keeps me on my toes!
Seeing the excitement on a customer’s face when they pick up their
cake is what makes this job, not a job but truly my passion.
